I have a very similar setup to yours, minus the upgraded ic's, bov's and dual intake. I really like the sport 500's so far and I am limiting my boost by turning the bc off (set to 0) and I still get around 11psi at the gauge. I would really like to get it on a dyno soon so that I can fine tune the AFR. I have turned up the BC to approximately 40% and I noticed a surging when accelerating so I immediately backed off and I have sinced stayed at or just above no boost on the bc. I am in the process of adding resonators to the exhaust so that the rasp is not as bad. I hope you have good luck from this point on.
